Hoi An was once a bustling international trading port, where merchant ships from Japan, China, Portugal and the Netherlands came to dock. Silk, ceramics, spices and tea travelled on those ships far and wide, leaving behind a town where every street, every roof and every lantern tells a story. That current has never stopped moving: The An Heritage carries on the spirit of the trading port, not copying the past but opening a new chapter of life on the Co Co River, keeping its golden values and bringing the spirit of a new era.

Location

Three meeting currents

Along the Co Co River, with rice fields behind, the sea in front and the ancient town beside: this was once the trade artery linking Hoi An with the open sea. Few places bring three layers together at once.

Grandeur Avenue

The axis of trade and experience, the climax of the spatial symphony. Six connected streets: The Heritage Market, The Culinary Street, The Creative Quarter, The Heritage Boulevard, The Riverfront Promenade, and the Shoptel and Shop Villa Grandeur area.

The Waterfront

Beachfront villas that recreate the spirit of the trading port in contemporary form, designed to open onto the sun, the wind and the sea. Sunrise touching the sea is when a day here begins.

The Lake and Links

Villas tucked beside a still lake, shaded walkways, spaces filled with light. Stillness to restore, movement to uplift: mornings of meditation in nature, afternoons in the rhythm of the town, evenings gathered with family.

Lagoona Villas
